The City of Miami Gardens Office of Procurement Management is pleased to announce a partnership with DemandStar, an electronic bidding notification and procurement system. DemandStar enables suppliers and vendors to identify, respond to, and potentially win solicitation opportunities with the City of Miami Gardens.
REGISTER We encourage vendors to register with DemandStar to receive solicitation notifications and respond to our solicitations. To receive notifications, you must register for DemandStar services online for free notifications of solicitations issued by the City of Miami Gardens. Based on the requirements in each solicitation, vendors will be able to submit responses electronically.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Solicitation responses (bids, proposals, quotes, etc.) will be received electronically via the DemandStar website. Vendors must read solicitation instructions on how to submit a response to a solicitation. Failure to submit per instructions may result in rejection of vendor's submittal. It is the responsibility of vendors to monitor solicitations for any changing information (issued by addenda) prior to submitting a response.
