The City of Miami Gardens is open from 7 am to 7 pm. For walk-ins and/or appointments for our department, those hours are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Currently, we have one program available for 1st time qualified homebuyers. That program is called the Down Payment Assistance Program. In order to apply for this program, the applicant must have a property under contract. For more details please contact our office at 305-622-8041.
