Park Commercial Vehicles, RV's and Boats at Home
If you park a small commercial vehicle, RV or boat at your home, the City's new Zoning Code allows you to do so in a lawful manner. To find out more, click here.
New Codes and Regulations
The City has adopted new Land Development Regulations/Zoning Code to replace the current Miami-Dade County Zoning Code and related regulations such as Landscape and Platting/Subdivision. The City of Miami Gardens Code of Ordinances is now available on Municode.com. You can access the Zoning and Land Development Code in chapter 34 of the Code.
