Mr. Potter is a home grown talent from Miami Carol City Senior High and a graduate of Florida A&M University as well as a member of the Marching 100. He has all 4 certification levels with the Florida Association of Code Enforcement, is an active member of the Gold Coast Association of Code Enforcement and is a member of the United States Achievement Academy. .
