Vendor Registration
The Procurement Division has contracted with DemandStar by Onvia for the maintenance
of an automated vendor list and advertisements of bids and Requests for Proposals
(RFPs) from vendors. If you are interested in receiving notices of upcoming bids
and RFPs from the City, you can complete the vendor registration in Demandstar.com.
Although there is an annual fee for this subscription, Demandstar will waive this
fee for vendors, whose primary place of business is in the City limits

Demandstar maintains a vendor list categorized by commodity codes for the specific
materials and services offered by vendors. Businesses who subscribe to the vendor
list are notified by fax, or email whenever a formal sealed bid has been issued
by the City, as well as other organizations for the commodity/service that they
provide.

Bid Tabulations/Awards
The City posts bid tabulations and awards approximately 2 days after the scheduled

meetings and/or oral presentations.
